By accessing and using Sweatshop Swag ("we," "our," or "us") website and services at sweatshopswag.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Sweatshop Swag provides:

  • Custom apparel printing (screen printing, embroidery, DTG)
  • 3D printing and model generation services
  • Design studio tools for creating custom merchandise
  • NFC-enabled products and accessories

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Our platform uses a credit system for 3D generation services. Credits are non-refundable once used. Payment for orders is processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of designs you create or upload. By using our services, you grant us a license to use your designs solely for fulfilling your orders. You must have the right to use any images, logos, or designs you submit.

We reserve the right to refuse printing of any content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or contains offensive material.

6. Orders and Shipping

  • Production times vary by product and order size
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to carrier

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sweatshop Swag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
